The Kent County Subdivivsion will reorganize on March 13th in Dover.

Throughout the month of February, Rep. District Committees will be meeting to Re-Organize and incorporate new members.

In 2017, the Democratic National Committee will be electing a new Chairperson to lead the National Democratic Party. Voting members of the Democratic National Committee will gather in Atlanta, Georgia February 23-26th to elect National Party Leadership.

Dear Democrats:

As a result of the election of Lieutenant Governor-elect Bethany Hall-Long, who currently holds the 10th District Senate seat, there is an expected special election to fill her senatorial position. To date, the Department of Elections has not set the date of the special election.  Nevertheless, time is of the essence to select, support and elect our Democratic candidate.  In accordance with Delaware law, the Democratic Party nominates the candidate.  There is no primary election.
