2017 Call to Democratic State Convention

Call to Convention

To Whom It May Concern:

I, in my capacity as Chairman of the Delaware Democratic Party, and on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Delaware Democratic Party, hereby call for a State Convention to be held. The State Convention shall be held on Saturday, June 10th, 2017 at Delaware Technical and Community College, Terry Campus in Dover. Registration will open at 9:00 AM and the Call to Order will come at 10:00 AM. 

In accordance with the Rules of the Delaware Democratic Party, delegates to the State Convention will be elected by the committee people of their respective Representative District Committee according to the rules of their respective Subdivision. 

The State Convention delegates will elect the officers of the State Executive Committee as well as vote on other business to come before the State Convention. An agenda will be distributed prior to the State Convention.
