Delaware's 2024 State Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. The winner of the primary will appear on the General Election ballot in November.
Primary Early Voting has begun
Thanks to a recent Delaware Supreme Court decision, Delawareans can vote early in the 2024 Primary and General Elections.
Early Vote Hours
- August 28, 2024 – August 31, 2024, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- September 3, 2024, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- September 4, 2024 – September 8, 2024, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Early Vote Locations
For 10 days, Early Voting locations in each county will be open for resident voters to cast their vote in the 2024 Primary Election. Delawareans may cast their vote at any Early Voting Location in the county in which they reside.

On July 10, 2024 the Delaware Democratic Party voted to endorse the following statewide candidates
